His private equity firm, Ten X Capital Partners, is the majority-holder in uCharge Systems.

Ray Barnes, Director on the Advisory Board - Mr. Barnes is the former CAO of Visa International and member of Visa’s ten-man global Management Executive Committee. He has extensive and global experience in the issuing (credit and debit) and acquiring industry and has served on the board of numerous banks and financial institutions worldwide. He provides key insight and support into the global payment space for uCharge.

Frank Kelly, Chairman of the Board uCharge Systems - Mr. Kelly serves as the Chairman of the Advisory Board at RainMaker Financial Group Inc. and is He is the former President of both Coca Cola Asia and PepsiCo International in Japan. Mr. Kelly also served as President/CEO of the Coca-Cola Nestle joint-venture. He brings key global business expertise and is instrumental in helping uCharge form relationships with Fortune 1000 global companies.
